You may need to pre-lighten your existing hair color to make room for the new more vibrant color. If you can buy a Kicker or Booster to add to your color that makes a HUGE difference in achieving that Bright Amazing Shade ! Stick with the same brand as your hair line if they make one.
pravana , (one of my favorites ) makes awesome vibrant reds & pinks ..if you can get your hands on their color line...you can even mix 2 shades to get the ideal shade...
Temporary Hair Color - Manic Panic & affordable & no mixing
open to public is Sally's Beauty & they have a few choices for brands.
Red FADES the fastest so maybe reduce washing your hair a little less if possible to hold color. Also, you may see some color transfer to pillow cases etc. so get rid of your Hotel White pillow cases for now & good luck.

Well you don't need 40% necessarily. if your hair is brassy orange, yellow there are 2 issues.
1 , your hair original hair color has not lifted light enough yet. it needs to be a PALE Yellow first, the Inside of a banana peel color.
2 a toner will cancel out the orange -yellow...go for a Violet base toner to cancel the unwanted brassy tone. if you like Paul Mitchell then go for their Flash Finish Toner - violet or Violet -Blue Base. Watch it Process or it can deposit the violet into your hair as the pours are wide open from the bleach :0
don't worry it washes out in 2 days or so & you will be a pretty pearly white ...good luck !

Quest for the Best Protein Powder for WOMEN !
Recently i was researching just that online...so i think ok im convinced Muscle Milk LIGHT is the Best choice for me ......go to GNC & comparing labels etc...calories, fats, sugars, price & PROTEIN content of course...
I compared it to ISOPURE No Carb. Protein Powder & was surprised to find that MMilk only 25 Grams required 2 Scoops & the ISOPURE was 50 Grams of Protein & almost Exactly the same cals, fat etc...Only 1 scoop. my understanding is that ,that is all the body can digest of protein @ once anyway ...
So that was my choice...sadly no great price & Not as Tasty but i'm VERY pleased so far !
